Please meet at the Ruskin Park Bandstand (See Maps below) at 1:30pm to help set-up the band.

Seating: We will need to remove the band chairs and the audience deck chairs from under the band stand.

Is available in Ferndene Road Post Code SE24 0AA (See Maps below).

Dress Code:
Ladies - Red top with black skirt/trousers and black jacket or   cardigan.

Men - White shirt with brightly coloured bow tie, black           trousers and Jacket.

Music Stand
Please bring a black or silver music stand.

Weather 
On a hot day - please bring a hat and sun cream.
The conductor will decide if jackets and ties can be removed.
