Meeting place and time: 
The band will be met at the school rear entrance (see Parking).
We will be playing from 3:30pm - 4:30pm.
Please arrive early to help set-up the chairs, etc.

Seating: 
Seating will be provided.

Parking:
Please park in Tadorne Road.
Band members only will be allowed access at 2:45pm via the school rear entrance, the school staff will then direct you to the band set-up location (see map and photo's below).
The gate will be closed after the band has entered and then reopened for the parents at 3pm.The parents will also be parking in this road, arrive early to secure your parking slot.

Dress Code:
Ladies - Red top with black skirt/trousers and black jacket or cardigan.

Men - White shirt with brightly coloured bow tie, black trousers and Jacket.

Music Stand
Please bring a black or silver music stand.

Weather 
On a hot day - please bring a hat and sun cream.
The conductor will decide if jackets and ties can be removed.

If its raining the event will be held indoors.
