Band to arrive at 12:30pm

Meeting place and time:
Please enter the school via the front entrance in Heathcote Road where you will be met by the school event organisers.
Please arrive at 12:30pm.
We will be playing from 1:45pm - 4:00pm.
Please arrive early to help set-up the chairs, etc.
Lunch
The school will provide lunch before we play at 12:45pm (Marks & Spencer sandwiches).
Seating:
We will be playing inside and seating will be provided.
Parking:
Please park in the surrounding roads and enter the school via the front entrance.
There are two disabled parking spaces in the school parking area.
Dress Code:
Ladies - Red top with black skirt/trousers and black jacket or cardigan.
Men - White shirt with brightly coloured bow tie, black trousers and Jacket.
Music Stand
Please bring a black or silver music stand.
