Meeting place and time: 
Meet at the Dorking Bandstand, which has a central location within Meadowbank Park, just 300 metres from the high street. (see maps below).

Please arrive at 11am to help set-up the band.
We will be playing from 12 - 2pm.

Public Transport
Dorking Main Railway Station (15 minute walk).
Dorking West Station (10 minute walk).

Seating: 
Seating will be provided.

Parking:
Parking available at St Martins Walk Car Park RH4 1DX 
(250 metre walk to the bandstand). 
Free parking on a Sunday.

Pick-up point (RH4 1DX)
The bandstand helper's/volunteer's are available to help transfer large instruments to the bandstand ie. drums.

Toilets
The cafe in the park has toilets (see map1 below).

Dress Code:
Ladies - Red top with black skirt/trousers and black jacket or cardigan.

Men - White shirt with brightly coloured bow tie, black trousers and Jacket.

Music Stand
Please bring a black or silver music stand.
