Thursday 11th December 2025 at 1:30pm - 3pm.
Band to arrive at 1:15pm

Meeting place and time:
Please enter the school via the front entrance in Heathcote Road where you will be met by the school event organisers.
Please arrive at 1:15pm.
We will be playing from 1:30pm - 3:00pm.
Please arrive early to help set-up the chairs, etc.
Seating:
We will be playing inside and seating will be provided.
Parking:
Please park in the surrounding roads and enter the school via the front entrance.
Dress Code:
Christmas jumpers and hats, with lots of tinsel and fairy lights
Music Stand
Please bring a black or silver music stand.
